Use:
Relax before taking a measurement
With your palms facing up, place the wrist cuff parallel to your heart
With your palms facing up, hold the intake tube and arteries parallel
Wrap the wristband around your arm tightly in the opposite direction
Hold the wristband parallel to your heart, palms facing up
Press the on/off button, relax, and start the measurement
High pressure, low pressure, and pulse are displayed immediately after 40 seconds
